At Dealzmosaic, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Claims & Refunds Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Claims

You may file a claim if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item was lost during transit
  • Your order was incomplete (missing items)

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

For lost shipments, claims must be submitted within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

2. How to Submit a Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Email us at Support@dealzmosaic.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue (for damaged/incorrect items)
  4. Provide a detailed description of the problem

Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

3. Investigation Process

Once your claim is received:

  • We will verify the details provided
  • We may contact the shipping carrier if necessary
  • Additional information may be requested

We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or are submitted outside the allowed timeframe.

4. Refund Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Bank processing times may take an additional 5–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed

6. Non-Eligible Claims

We may not accept claims for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen settings
  • Delays caused by customs or courier services beyond our control
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing without sufficient proof

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Refusal of future service
