Returns & Refund Policy
At Dealzmosaic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is unused and in original packaging
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items (if opened)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at Support@dealzmosaic.com
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be approved within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take additional time (5–10 business days) for your bank or card provider to process the refund
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order details.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
